True Vintage: Elsie

Made by Campus, an old local brand that shut down in the 90s. Black roman numerals, topped with tiny crystals, adorn a pale blonde border within a reflective silver dial. Housed in a dual-toned frame, topped with a flat crystal and affixed with black vintage straps. We love the brushed, matte silver finished. Super cute!
